All plants are sold in as-is condition. Plants are always pest free, and healthy unless noted as a rehab. Plants have not been imported within the past 90 days unless otherwise noted. Local pickup can be arranged within the area of Raleigh, North Carolina. Shipping only within the United States. No refunds, partial refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please be knowledgable regarding the care of the plant before you purchase. I am not responsible for shipping delays or for damage caused by shipping. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms.

Shipping Information

Shipping is charged by flat rate at checkout. You will have the option to select from UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. If you place a large order that exceeds the parameters for the flat rate expense, I will contact you to adjust your shipping cost. For custom shipping requests (like USPS or UPS Next Day), simply check out with one of the provided options, and type your shipping request in a note at checkout - I will contact you to verify and adjust your shipping costs. I ship on Monday and Tuesday and will provide your tracking number when your shipping label is created.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE HELD FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER HELD LONGER, PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE AT CHECKOUT.
